Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using our marketing site, Therapy Management software, or Assessment services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Therapy Management on behalf of a centre or school, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Two products

Therapy Management helps centres and schools manage students, therapists, sessions, and progress. Assessments provide structured digital screening packages with scoring and RCI psychologist review. Assessment checkout and package terms apply in the Assessment environment (bodhanacare.com/assess).

3. Important medical disclaimers

• Assessments are not diagnoses. They do not replace clinical interview, comprehensive evaluation (e.g. ADOS-2), or statutory certification processes.
• We are not an online therapy subscription, emergency service, or crisis hotline. Seek immediate local emergency help when required.
• Licensed clinical instruments appear in catalog only when licence and activation allow; proprietary BAB screens power the core path today.

4. Accounts & acceptable use

Keep credentials secure. Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer, or upload unlawful content. Centres are responsible for lawful processing of student data they enter into Therapy Management.

5. Payments

Assessment packages are typically prepaid in INR via the Assessment environment’s payment provider. Therapy Management fees are agreed in demos / order forms. Taxes apply as required.

6. Reports & psychologists

Assessment reports are released after empanelled psychologist review. Review timing is a service target (about 48 hours after a complete package), not a guaranteed SLA unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Narrative content may be edited by the reviewing clinician before release.

7. Intellectual property

Bodhana Care branding, Therapy Management software, BAB (Bodhanacare Assessment Battery), and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the services as provided.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made solely on the basis of screening reports without appropriate clinical follow-up. Aggregate liability for a claim relating to paid Services is limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited.
