Therapy Management separates admin, therapist, and parent access. Admins configure the centre, staff, rooms, and schedules. Therapists see the students and domains they are assigned. Parents see only their child’s published portal view — schedules, attendance, and progress evidence the centre chooses to share.
Centres are multi-tenant isolated: one organisation’s student records are not visible inside another organisation’s login. That matters when you run multiple brands or branches under Coolify-style deployments — each tenant stays its own boundary.
Assessment doors carry consent and framing appropriate to Child, Adult, Teen, or (when live) Mother pathways. Packages are completed by the account holder; scoring builds domain maps automatically.
