How clinical review works
Not a rubber stamp: an RCI psychologist claims the case, verifies every report section, attests, and signs. Admins route work — they cannot approve. Credentials appear on the PDF; we don’t publish a public panel roster.

Parent completes the screen
When the last question is submitted, the system scores the package. Domain maps and severity are stored. An AI-assisted draft is prepared for structure — it is not released to families.

Case enters the review queue
The assessment appears in the psychologist Open queue (safety-flagged and higher-severity cases first). An active, RCI-verified psychologist claims the case or an admin assigns one.

Psychologist verifies every section
The reviewer opens the full workspace: scores, answers, and the auto-draft. They must fill and mark verified each required block — integrated summary, per-instrument notes, pattern meaning, next steps, clinical impression (screening framing), interventions, and a safety note if flagged. Sticky progress tracks what’s still open.

Attest, approve, and sign
Only a verified psychologist can final-approve (admins route cases; they cannot issue the report). Prerequisites include an uploaded signature, attestation checkbox, and all required sections verified. Psych edits override the AI draft.

Signed PDF unlocks for the family
A versioned PDF is generated with the clinician’s name and RCI registration. The parent is notified when the report is ready. If something needs correction later, the case can be revalidated and re-approved as a new version. Target ~48 hours after a complete submission.

Is this a diagnosis?›
No. Bodhana Care Assessment is developmental / behavioural screening plus psychologist review. It guides next steps — it does not diagnose autism, ADHD, or depression, and it is not a substitute for a full clinical evaluation. It is also not an emergency or crisis service.
Who reviews my report?›
An empanelled RCI-registered psychologist claims your case from a priority queue, verifies every required report section, attests, and signs with their RCI credentials. Admins can assign cases but cannot approve reports. AI may draft narrative text; the clinician’s edits override it. This is real review — not a rubber stamp — and still screening, not a full diagnosis.
How long does it take?›
Questionnaires typically take minutes to a few hours depending on the package. Psychologist review targets about 48 hours after a complete submission.

What is BAB?›
BAB — Bodhanacare Assessment Battery — is our proprietary set of India-facing domain screens. It powers core packages today, with a pathway to licensed clinical tools (e.g. CARS-2, Conners 4, Vineland-3) when licences and content are activated.
Does Bodhana Care Assessment use AI?›
Yes — for triage, automated scoring, draft report narratives, and follow-up recommendations. AI assists the workflow; empanelled RCI psychologists review, edit, and approve every report before it is released. This is not an AI diagnosis app, and it is not a crisis or emergency service.
Will the report say my child has autism or ADHD?›
No. The PDF is a psychologist-reviewed screen with domain maps and next-step language. Diagnosis belongs with an appropriately licensed clinician after fuller evaluation when needed.
