1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Flowtix Solutions LLP (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Bodhana Care marketing website, Therapy Management platform, and Bodhana Care Assessment services. Assessment packages are completed in the Assessment environment; Therapy Management is a separate product under the same brand.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, centre / role, messages).
• For Assessments: demographic and questionnaire responses needed to score packages, consent records, and clinician review notes associated with a report.
• For Therapy Management: account, student, session, and progress data you or your centre enter (controller: typically the centre).
• Technical logs (IP, device, approximate location) for security and reliability.

3. How we use information

• Respond to demos, sales, and support requests.
• Deliver Assessment scoring, RCI psychologist review, PDF reports, and related notifications (e.g. email / WhatsApp where enabled).
• Operate Therapy Management for authorised centre users.
• Improve product quality and protect platform integrity.
• Comply with law and protect against fraud or abuse.

4. Screening, not diagnosis

Assessment outputs are developmental / behavioural screening summaries reviewed by empanelled psychologists. They are not medical diagnoses, disability certificates, or emergency services. Do not use the platform as a crisis hotline — contact local emergency or clinical services when urgent help is required.

5. Legal basis & consent (India)

Where Assessments require consent (including parental / guardian gates for children and teens), we aim to provide clear, DPDPA-aware consent language in the funnel and retain consent logs. Processing for Therapy Management typically occurs under the centre’s instructions and applicable agreements.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with: empanelled reviewing psychologists; payment processors (e.g. Razorpay) for Assessment purchases; infrastructure and email / messaging providers under contract; and authorities when legally required. Centres may share reports with third parties (schools, clinicians) when the report holder chooses to.

7. Security & retention

We use encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to health-related screening and therapy operations. We retain data as needed to deliver reports, meet legal obligations, and support ongoing centre accounts — then delete or anonymise per our retention schedules.

8. Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, or to withdraw marketing consent. Centre admins control Therapy Management user access for their organisation.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, vendors, or legal requirements change. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we handle Assessment or Therapy Management data will be communicated through the product, email, or this page as appropriate. If you continue to use our services after an update, the revised policy applies to that continued use.
