Does my child need developmental screening?

Parents usually notice patterns first: speech that isn’t catching up, play that looks different from peers, or school notes about attention and behaviour.

A structured child Assessment package (chosen by age and concern) can organise those observations into domain maps and psychologist-reviewed next steps — useful for deciding whether speech therapy, OT, behavioural support, or a fuller evaluation is the sensible next move.

Go sooner to a clinician if there is regression, sudden safety concerns, seizures, or your paediatrician has already flagged urgent evaluation. Screening is for clarity and triage, not emergency care.

Teachers can add multi-informant input on school ADHD packages — classroom context matters, and Bodhana Assessment supports that path when the package requires it.
